Covid-19 Update

Whilst we are taking every measure to ensure that your order arrives on time, due to circumstances surrounding Covid-19, your shipment may take slightly longer than normal.

You have the right, by law, to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days after the date the item is delivered to you. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of the purchase of any items where the product has been unsealed.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 14 days

• The product is in its original packaging (Sealed)

• The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Unless the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Any refund due will be credited via the original payment method no later than 10 working days from receipt of returned items.

When you first receive the bottle, please use scissors to carefully cut the stem of the pump to your preferred length. You can then fill the bottle with your chosen liquid and fasten it and spray away. 

 

Please avoid using thick or lumpy liquids, as this can cause a block in the pump and cause it to stop spraying.
