Neem oil, scientifically known as Azadirachta indica, is one of the more "undercover" ingredients in some of our products.
Neem oil has been used in Aurevedic medicine for centuries and whilst our founder isn't in full support of the holistic practices behind the tradition, we do love the ingredients that are often used and have seen mega results from them!
Our Neem oil originates in India, like most, and is extracted from the seeds using the cold pressing or mechanical expressed method. The oil is insect repellent, with antiviral and antifungal properties so you don't have to worry about the bugs coming near you.. Neem Expressed is solid at room temperature and has a very unique smell which is why we chose to have it as more of an "undercover" ingredient to avoid putting you off with the odour.

To all the Plant mums and dads and gardeners out there. This oil is great for your plants as it is an insectide.
The Benefits of Neem:
Neem oil is great for your skin as with most of our ingredients it helps with wounds, scars and balances out the oil production. Its antiseptic properties also make it great for treating spots, for some.
It helps treat dry skin and flaky scalp including dandruff!
It is a great haircare ingredient too as it promotes hair growth even for those with hair loss as it can be an counteract and re-boost those with low antioxidant levels.
